Citi Field, the iconic home to BagelFest, specializes in hosting world-class events both inside and outside the ballpark. From concerts and festivals to corporate functions and athletic races, Citi Field has played host to a wide variety of occasions. Its history is marked by high-profile events and concerts headlined by globally recognized artists.

HEINEKEN DIAMOND LOUNGE

The premier 12,000 square-foot Heineken Diamond Lounge overlooks the surrounding Queens area, the New York City skyline, and the USTA grounds. BagelFest found its home here in 2024.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Come prepared for a bagel extravaganza! Bring your printed or mobile ticket and a government-issued ID. That's all you need to dive into the world of bagels!

  • Where is the event located & How do I get there?

    Join us at the Heineken Diamond Lounge at Citi Field! Please note this is an indoor venue.

    Via Subway: Take the 7 train to Mets-Willets Point Station. From there, it’s just a short walk to Citi Field. Follow the signs to the Seaver Entrance, and you’ll be directed to the Heineken Diamond Lounge inside the stadium.

    Via Car: Parking is available in Lot B for $30 per car. Enter through Gate 6 and follow the signs for Lot D when you arrive.

  • Can I Bring a Bag?

    Per Citi Field’s policy, “Backpacks are not permitted at Citi Field, however other bags such as purses, diaper bags that are not backpack-style, tote, drawstring, fully clear backpack-style bags with no obscured inner pockets and messenger style bags along with small soft-sided coolers are still permitted.

    Exceptions to this policy can be made for bags used for ADA/medical reasons by the Security Supervisor at each entry gate. All bags and hand-carried items are searched prior to entry. Items can be no larger than 16"x16"x8".

  • Can I bring my own beverages?

    Per Citi Field’s policy, “Glass bottles, all metal cans and containers, with the exception of reusable "Swell/Yeti" type metal, individual sized reusable water bottles (provided they are emptied), and hard-sided coolers are not permitted in Citi Field.

    Guests may bring in one, soft, plastic, factory-sealed water bottle of 20 ounces or less. Guests may also bring in one sealed, soft-sided child's juice box. Note: Water bottles and juice boxes may not be frozen.”

  • How many bagels do I get to eat at BagelFest?

    Samples are included with your ticket! Enjoy free samples from 30+ exhibitors including bagels, thematic foods, and beverages. We can assure you, you’ll get your bagel fill!

    Out of respect for the exhibitors and fellow attendees, we kindly ask that you take no more than one sample per station.

    Some exhibitors will be selling their goods and merchandise inside. Beverages will also be available for purchase

  • Are pets permitted?

    For everyone's safety, pets can't join BagelFest. However, guide/therapy dogs with proper identification tags are more than welcome.

  • Are photos taken at this event?

    Yes, look out for our event photographer at the event and strike a pose!

    Some photos of attendees may be used for promotional purposes; as a ticketholder of the event, you grant us permission to do so and for your likeness to be used.

  • How long is the event? And can I stay longer?

    Each delectable session is 3 hours long. At the end of your session, attendees must depart the venue, to make space for attendees in the next session.

  • What happens if I can no longer attend?

    While tickets are non-refundable, you can pass on the bagel joy by transferring your ticket to a friend.

  • Are there opportunities for brands, vendors, or volunteers?

  • How do I buy tickets?

    We recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance to secure your spot! Limited tickets are available for each session, and prices will increase at the door—so don’t wait!
