To support the next generation of bagel makers, New York BagelFest has introduced a curated table event called the “Growth Lab” where select up-and-coming bagel businesses can present their bagels in an intimate setting to a group of industry experts and breadheads - including seasoned bakers, food entrepreneurs, bagel shop owners, rollers, investors, and the public.

This offers a rare, pressure-free space for honest feedback, constructive dialogue, and future-facing support.
